C & G Ramblings
Above: I made these the other day and they'll be listed in my shop by the weekend.
It's sunny and warm in the Rochester area today, so I have been avoiding being chained to the computer like the plague.
Nick was under the weather (strep again) late last week and then Mr. Ben had the stomach virus over the weekend, so we have been enjoying the fresh air and sunshine as much as possible.
Today while the boys were at school, I enjoyed some adult conversation with Debbie and Sheryn at Vintage Bliss in Webster. I took over 15 pieces of my jewelry for the shop and then the ladies and I chatted up a storm. The creativity and energy of other women right here in the Rochester area never ceases to amaze me.
I will be back with more tomorrow with a "regular" post. I have been working on some posts for you and will have them up soon, including an interview with Debra of Flying Needle Gallery and a review of Shabby Apple dresses.
I also am doing an in depth feature on eyebrows...Yes, eyebrows. I recently visited a local specialty brow studio called Brow Biz, owned by Deborah Netti. I'll share my waxing and tweezing experience with you (how thrilling!) and share my interview with Deborah.
I would like to give a shout out to two of my favorite local ladies, Elizabeth and Mary Beth. Elizabeth just celebrated her 30th (wink) birthday Saturday and Mary Beth is having one tomorrow.
Happy Birthday, ladies!
