Holiday Treats: Day 3
Good morning, all!
Today's easy peasy holiday recipe is for Peanut Butter Pretzel Fudge. It's the perfect blend of sweet meets salty and crunchy! It is so simple...and you won't be able to eat just one.
1 11 ounce bag Ghiradelli Classic White Chips
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk (fat free and low fat work just as well!)
3/4 cup peanut butter (I used creamy Wegmans Natural)
3/4 cup broken pretzel pieces
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts (honey roasted also adds a neat flavor to this)
1 t. vanilla extract
Melt the chips, peanut butter, and condensed milk over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Turn off the stove and remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and the add ins. Pour mixture into square baking pan (8 X 8 or 9 X 9) lined with wax paper.
Keep in fridge until firm.
Cut into squares.
