The Next Chapter: Laughter
These 3 guys give me my daily dose of laughter.

It's Friday again, so time for another brief discussion of the book The Joy Diet by Martha Beck. I'm reading this for my online book club for bloggers, The Next Chapter from Jamie Ridler.
This week's chapter focuses on LAUGHTER. I am not going to make a long, reflective post this week like I normally do. I belief laughter is wonderful medicine. I think we all need multiple doses of laughter each day.
Surround yourselves with people who make you laugh. Life is simply too short for a laughter deficiency.
What makes me laugh? My boys....my hubby...my friends....watching Chevy Chase movies, "How I Met Your Mother", "Friends" reruns and old episodes of "The Three Stooges."
Get off the computer and go find something to laugh about!
I love watching my friends laugh...the laughing lady on the right is my favorite neighbor at a luau party.
We spend lots of time laughing with our friends. At the neighborhood luau party, two fun neighbors made us laugh when we were taking this photo...these are our friends Mrs. Marzouk and Marc.
