My new skinny spring scarf with eyelash yarn...so light and colorful!
I even wore it today.
My first Winterberry Creek scarf...nice and warm when I needed it!
A few weeks ago, I posted a follow up feature to some Indie items I ordered. One of them was from a shop called Winterberry Creek.
I had ordered a long, narrow scarf to add a punch of color the last few weeks of winter. I wore it often with my navy coat and also with black tops.
I am hoping the freezing temps are done--although here you never know--so I have put the scarf away for the season.
I was browsing Winterberry Creek last week and found that the owner had listed a lightweight skinny eyelash scarf. I was thrilled! I ordered it and received it yesterday. It is so light and will work well with many things, from my denim jacket to a white top and my countless black tops.
I snagged the only spring scarf available and I am really hoping she offers more because they really are exceptional quality at a truly affordable price. Mine was $15.
I'd love to see pretty jewel tones, in shades from peridot to turquoise. Maybe I'll email her to see what else she has planned in the spring scarf department.
There is also something new: $5 and $10 offerings and several wonderful ACEOs and collages with a feminine flair.
If you're looking for a great Mother's Day gift, I highly recommend this shop. The presentation upon delivery was great--pretty and feminine. Shipping was fast as well.
Head on over to Winterberry Creek today and be sure to tell her Chic & Green sent you on over.
Update: I just talked to Amy, the lovely owner of Winterberry Creek. She told me, much to my delight, that she has a website with lots of scarves and other wonderful handmade finds! Check out her main website by clicking here.
