If you've visited Highland Park in Rochester, you know that nothing is more beautiful than the lilacs in full bloom at the annual Lilac Festival in May. One of my other favorite things to see are the stunningly beautiful cherry blossoms in full bloom in Washington, DC.
The Cherry Blossom Festival at the Tidal Basin is just lovely. I know many of my readers live in this area, so I thought I'd spread some love as we take a Chic & Green Indie Shopping tour of the cherry blossoms.
